A Gentle, Ancestral Reset (Not a Cleanse)
This is not a detox.
There is no fasting, no flushing, no deprivation, and no aggressive protocols.
Instead, this is a reset of rhythm designed to restore flow, energy, and trust in the body so detox can happen naturally.
Think of this as opening the windows after winter, not tearing the house down.
Your body already knows how to detox.
This week simply creates the conditions that allow it to happen safely.

The Intention
Spring lymph work focuses on restoring movement and charge after winter’s slower season.
The goal is to:
• restore circulation after winter stillness
• support the liver before asking it to process more
• calm the nervous system so elimination pathways stay open
• rebuild redox (cellular energy + charge)
When those foundations exist, detoxification happens quietly and naturally.
No forcing required.
Slow works.
Consistency works.
Boring works.

Daily Non-Negotiables (All Week)
These are the foundations. Everything else builds on them.
Morning Sunlight
5–20 minutes outside within an hour of waking.
Mineral Hydration
Water with a pinch of sea salt or mineral drops.
Daily Walking
10–30 minutes at a relaxed pace.
Real Meals
Protein, fat, and cooked foods whenever possible.
Early Evenings
Reduce stimulation and aim for earlier sleep.
Sunlight: The First Detox Signal
Before supplements, before superfoods, before detox protocols—there was sunlight.
Natural light regulates:
• circadian rhythm
• cortisol timing
• mitochondrial energy production
• lymphatic movement
• hormone signaling
Without adequate natural light, detox pathways become stressed rather than supported.
Morning sunlight is essentially the ignition key for metabolism.
Think of it as the first step of spring cleaning—quietly charging the system so everything else can flow.
No heroics required.
**Day 1 — Hydration & Wake-Up
Theme: Open the Channels
Winter is often dehydrating and stagnant.
Today focuses on reintroducing gentle movement and hydration.
Morning:
• Step outside for unfiltered sunlight before screens
• Drink warm water with a pinch of sea salt
• Gently move the neck, shoulders, and jaw
Optional herbal support:
1 dropper in water once or twice today.
Focus on softening, not productivity.
**Day 2 — Breath & Flow
Theme: Lymph Loves Breath
The lymphatic system has no pump of its own.
It relies on breath and movement.
Today we gently activate those.
Practice:
• Morning sunlight with slow nasal breathing
• 5 minutes diaphragmatic breathing
• Walking with relaxed arm swing
• Add lemon to water
Optional:
Light dry brushing toward the heart (very gentle pressure).
Herbal allies:
**Day 3 — Liver Rhythm
Theme: Support Bile, Not Detox
The liver already detoxes constantly.
Our job is simply to support bile flow and digestion, which allows detox to happen efficiently.
Practice:
• Morning light before breakfast
• Bitter foods before meals (arugula, radicchio, dandelion greens)
• Warm meals rather than cold foods
Optional herbal support:
• Burdock Root
• Dandelion Root
1 dropper before lunch.
Notice digestion, not dramatic results.
**Day 4 — Movement Day
Theme: Motion Without Depletion
Lymph moves best through gentle repetitive movement, not intense workouts.
Practice:
• Walking after meals
• Light stretching
• Gentle twisting movements to wake up your organs and glands
• Avoid intense training today
Herbal ally:
Calendula supports lymphatic circulation and tissue repair.
**Day 5 — Nervous System Reset
Theme: Calm Opens Detox
Detox pathways close when the nervous system perceives danger.
Today focuses on safety signals.
Practice:
• Reduce evening stimulation
• Take a warm bath or foot soak
• Dim lights after sunset
• Aim for earlier sleep
Herbal support:
Evening dosing is ideal.
**Day 6 — Nourish & Rebuild
Theme: Redox First
Detox requires energy and minerals.
Instead of restricting food, today focuses on nourishment.
Prioritize:
• bone broth
• eggs
• meat or fish
• cooked greens
• mineral-rich foods
Optional herbal support:
Add to broth, tea, or water.
Think of this day as refueling the system.
**Day 7 — Integration
Theme: Let the Body Lead
Today is simply about noticing changes.
Reflect on:
• energy levels
• digestion
• sleep
• mood
• appetite
Choose 1–2 practices from the week that felt supportive and continue them into spring.
Healing rhythms are built through consistency, not intensity.
What Success Looks Like
A healthy reset rarely looks dramatic.
Success often feels like:
• slightly lighter energy
• calmer digestion
• improved sleep
• clearer thinking
• more stable mood
Subtle is good.
Quiet is good.
The Simplest Version (If Everything Feels Overwhelming)
If the full protocol feels like too much, start here.
Every morning:
- Step outside within an hour of waking
- Let natural light reach your eyes (no sunglasses)
- Take 5 slow breaths
- Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly
Silently say:
“I’m safe to wake up. I’m safe to move.”
This alone improves circadian rhythm, redox balance, lymph flow, and detox capacity.
Final Reminder
Your body already knows how to detox.
Your role is simply to:
• provide light
• provide minerals
• provide nourishment
• provide safety
• remove urgency
Spring lymph work should feel almost boring.
That’s usually how you know it’s working.
