Seasonal Mood & Light Support
In the darker months of the year, many people notice their mood shifting. Energy dips, motivation wanes, and the bright spark of summer seems to retreat inward. Soulshine was crafted to gently rekindle that inner light.
This formula supports the liver–nervous system axis, a relationship long recognized in traditional herbalism. When the liver becomes sluggish—something that can happen in colder months with less light and movement—mood and vitality can follow suit.
St. John’s wort, the centerpiece of this blend, has been used for centuries as an herb of sunlight and emotional resilience. It is paired with rosemary and blessed thistle, two herbs that stimulate circulation and digestive fire, helping bring movement and warmth to stagnation.
Schisandra and holy basil provide adaptogenic support, helping the body respond more gracefully to stress, while lemon balm brings gentle nervous system ease. A touch of mugwort adds a subtle layer of nervous system and dream-state support, connecting mind and body.
Energetically, Soulshine is designed for the cold, sluggish, stagnant pattern often seen in seasonal mood shifts. It warms, circulates, and gently uplifts.
While many people choose to cycle this formula through the darker seasons, it can also be used short term during periods of emotional heaviness or seasonal transition.
