Wintergaard is a gentle but effective formula designed to support the body during the early stages of a cold—the moment when the throat feels scratchy, the body feels off, and you know something is brewing.

The blend begins with echinacea, an herb well known for supporting the body’s natural immune response during infection.

Mullein and licorice soothe irritated respiratory tissues and support healthy lung function, while pleurisy root helps calm inflammation and support comfortable breathing.

Red clover supports lymphatic movement and tissue detoxification, helping the body clear the byproducts of infection. Lomatium provides additional antiviral respiratory support, while lemon balm brings gentle nervous system calming during illness.

Energetically, Wintergaard supports the body through the early inflammatory stage of respiratory illness, helping keep lung tissues balanced, soothed, and moving.

Contraindications

• Licorice Root: Should not be used if you are on medications affecting potassium balance.
• Lomatium Root: Rarely, it may cause a rash in sensitive individuals; discontinue use if this occurs.
