Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Morningstar Medicinals. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please send us an email at info@morningstarmedicinals.net and let us know!

We will be happy to offer you a refund for any returned merchandise that meet our criteria. 

- Returns/exchanges/refunds are not accepted for any flawed/sale or final sale items.

- We accept returns that are in their original condition, with tags and/or with the tamper-proof seal intact and unopened. Items must be postmarked and mailed within 7 days of the receipt of the item. 

-We are not responsible for return shipping.

-If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact your delivery service.

-The measurements on wearable items are posted on the listing. Please read them and make sure that the item will fit before purchasing. If an item doesn't fit and is in its original unworn condition, we will accept a return/exchange with the understanding that you pay for the total shipping charges. 

-If you receive a food/ingestible/medicinal item that is not as described on the website and is not damaged by transit (ex: moldy, leaking, etc.), please contact us immediately with photos and we will correct the issue.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of acceptance or denial of your return/exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for us to inspect your return. Once accepted, payment will be credited to your original payment method or you can opt to receive a store credit.

Please understand that we cannot accept refunds for opened items. Our medicinals are food products and cannot be restocked or otherwise accepted if they have been tampered with. If one of our homesteading boutique items has been visibly used, worn, or otherwise damaged or altered from its original state, we cannot accept a return/exchange/refund.

We are unable to refund shipping charges.
