Shipping policy

We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Most of the time, we are able to package up your order immediately, but sometimes, it may take an extra day or two. Please allow up to 2 business days for preparing your order to ship.

We only ship on Mondays and Fridays every week. 

If you submit your order after 3pm Central Time on Friday, your order will ship out the following Monday, with the exception of holidays. During the holiday season, we ship more often during the week to ensure that orders arrive with ample time.

As soon as your package scans at USPS, you will receive an email confirmation. 

We ship USPS from Santa Rosa Beach, Florida: in most cases, this takes 2-4 business days in the USA for your parcel to arrive. These delivery times are not guaranteed, as they are subject to the performance of the delivery service and these are average times only. Please allow up to 5 business days in the USA and 7 business days in Canada.

While rare, sometimes delivery mistakes happen. If you've received the wrong product or something was missing from your order, email us at info@morningstarmedicinals.net with your order #, and what the error was. Photos often help too!

Right now, we only ship to North America (USA and Canada).
