A Note on Doing Your Own Research

You know the internet is a curious place. One search leads to another, one rabbit hole becomes seven, and suddenly you’re reading research papers at midnight. I encourage curiosity, independent research, and asking good questions. Read widely, think critically, look beyond the headlines 😉 I’ll share what I can about the preparation itself and leave you to explore the rest with an inquisitive mind.

When in Doubt, Discard It

Your solution should maintain a consistent appearance of a clear to very pale yellow color. The color in the dropper will be lighter in appearance than the color of the total volume in the bottle, as there is less solution in the dropper. If you notice an unexpected change in color, cloudiness, visible particles, sediment, or any other unusual change, discontinue use and discard the contents. Do not attempt to filter, remix, or otherwise salvage a solution that appears compromised, contaminated, or unstable. When in doubt, it’s best to replace it with a fresh bottle. Instability can happen when exposed to extreme temperatures, sunlight, moisture, or any contamination on the bottle or dropper.
