Spring Thaw: Seasonal Movement & Metabolic Awakening

In the transition from winter into spring, many people notice their body feeling heavier, slower, and less responsive. Digestion can feel sluggish, lymphatic congestion builds, and the sense of internal momentum seems to stall. Spring Thaw was crafted to gently restore that movement.

This formula supports the lymph–liver axis, a relationship central to how the body clears waste and maintains internal flow. During colder months, reduced movement, heavier foods, and less light exposure can contribute to stagnation in both systems. When this happens, it can show up as puffiness, congestion, skin imbalance, or general sluggishness.

Dandelion root and burdock root form the foundation of this blend, both deeply supportive to liver function and metabolic processing. They help stimulate bile flow and encourage the body’s natural elimination pathways.

Cleavers, a classic lymphatic herb, brings gentle fluid movement, helping to clear accumulated stagnation and support the body’s drainage pathways. Yellow dock adds an additional layer of elimination support, particularly through the digestive tract, helping ensure that what is mobilized can be properly processed and moved out.

Ginger provides warmth and circulatory stimulation, counteracting the cold, stagnant patterns of winter, while lemon balm offers gentle nervous system support, helping the body stay regulated as internal movement increases.

Energetically, Spring Thaw is designed for the cold, damp, stagnant pattern often seen at the end of winter. It warms, moves, and gently stimulates without overwhelming the system.

While many people choose to cycle this formula during late winter and early spring, it can also be used during periods of stagnation, sluggish digestion, or when the body feels in need of gentle systemic movement.

Contraindications

• Dandelion root: Use caution with bile duct obstruction.
• Yellow Dock: Use cautiously in individuals with diarrhea or very loose stools.
• Lemon Balm: Use with awareness in cases of significant hypothyroidism.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 15–30 drops one to three times a day. It is always good practice to start slow to gauge your reaction.

Spring Thaw works best when taken consistently, allowing the body to gradually shift from stagnation into steady, supported movement.
